BOTS & PEOPLE was founded in 2020 by Nico Bitzer and Oliver Nagel and has always pursued the mission to banish repetitive work steps from everyday work and to create meaningful, creative work à la "NO MORE BORING!" for employees in all areas of the company. With the first vendor-independent Automation Academy and more than 50 offered courses around digitalization and automation as well as individual workshops, they empower their mid-sized to large enterprise customers to acquire all needed competencies from their 20 top experts to sustainably build and effectively scale process automation internally. They have already trained over 500 automation experts in our Academy.
