Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit system of hospitals, a health plan and a growing medical group. They are a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare system of nine hospitals, a statewide health plan and a growing multi-specialty medical group.
Xealth enables healthcare teams to order digital content and services as easily as they do orders and medications today. Patients can then access these digital health prescriptions from the provider's portal, so that they can actively manage their health.Through the secure Xealth platform, clinicians can find and order the right digital tools and programs for patients direct from the EHR workflow, send these digital health orders to the patient’s smartphone or desktop, and then monitor patient engagement and analyze the effects of more engaged patients. Some remote positions are location-specific.
