Arcadia is a climate crisis-fighting technology company founded in 2014 and born out of a simple idea—everyone deserves access to clean energy. Arcadia breaks the fossil fuel monopoly by creating unprecedented access to energy data and renewable energy sources through its technology platform, Arc, and its community solar program. Arc fuels the renewable energy revolution by accessing data from 125 utilities nationwide, covering more than 72% of US electric utility accounts. Arcadia manages over five Terawatt-hours of residential and commercial energy demand and is the largest manager of community solar assets in the country.
Palmetto is committed to the creation of a distributed, decentralized energy source we call The New Utility, which will replace the fossil-fueled, centralized energy model of The Old Utility. They are working towards this democratization of energy by putting power and control back in the hands of consumers and inspiring them to make environmentally responsible choices. To this end, Palmetto has developed a clean energy marketplace, with proprietary technology designed to make it easier and more affordable for homeowners to source their energy from renewables like solar power. They have developed products that reduce costs and drive widespread distribution of simple energy management solutions. Palmetto is a triple bottom line, fully distributed company with teammates throughout the United States.
