Goldbelt Incorporated is an urban, Alaska Native, for-profit corporation with offices in Juneau, Alaska, and Herndon, Virginia. Its primary purpose is to manage assets and conduct business for the benefit of over 4,000 Alaska Native shareholders.
Summary:
Goldbelt, Incorporated is seeking an energetic, results-oriented, and experienced Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. The qualified candidate will have a passion for sourcing, finding, and hiring top talent, with the ability to handle a high volume of sourcing and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop sourcing plans to attract, reach and connect with quality talent and achieve hiring goals
- Drive sourcing campaigns to build and maintain diverse and robust talent pools of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), social media, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Maintain relationships with candidates and make recommendations for candidates with the potential for upward mobility at various levels
- Maintains a database of qualified candidates for use in future job openings
- Research market data to generate leads
- Conduct regular check-ins with Recruiters to determine the effectiveness of sourcing plans and implementation
- Ensures recruitment metrics are met
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Effective utilization of a variety of assessment skills including resume review, and behavioral interviewing
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate, efficient, and effective information sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to assess candidate quality, technical capabilities, and cultural fit
- Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and drive to push tasks over the finish line
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate in a remote team environment and work independently to ensure success
- Proven track record for finding top talent
- Extreme attention to detail, organization, and superior data accuracy
- Proficient skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience sourcing in a high-volume environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, or complex environment required
- Experience creating and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
- Experience providing consultative guidance and recommendations to internal customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within iCIMS and LinkedIn
- Recruiting experience within the government contracting industry
The salary range for this position is $66,284/yr to $99,426/yr.
