Description

We're looking for a thoughtful and organized recruiting coordinator to provide scheduling and administrative support throughout the hiring process. This person will serve as an integral partner in building candidate relationships; providing an excellent candidate experience from application to hire, and managing relationships with hiring managers and teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate interviews and coordination of phone interviews, video interviews, and on site visits, including: scheduling, video call links, order of interviewers, and interviewer preparation
  • Sourcing candidates through external postings, referrals, and application review
  • Be an ambassador of Stokes Counseling, providing candidates with a positive and memorable interview experience, both on site and remotely
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
  • Work with hiring team to manage candidate pipelines and maintain all job postings
  • Provide support as needed for any recruiting events
  • Maintain integrity of candidate records and overall recruitment process in our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • High school diploma preferred

Bonus Points

  • Previous work experience in coordinating recruitment, or preferably in a scheduling or administrative capacity
  • Previous general customer service work experience
  • Previous experience using JazzHR or other applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient in Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
