Corridor is looking for Recruiter. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Review resumes and work with internal service line leaders to support their staffing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Provide recruitment and selection to support business objectives, in conjunction with regulation compliance, including the development of candidate identification strategies, and screening of candidates to meet service line needs.
- Responsible for recruitment activities to include writing job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop prescreen questionnaires and behavioral interviewing questions.
- Lead the staffing effort, including the identification of available qualified candidates, coordination of client interviews, selection and assignment start.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization.
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure sourcing activity is up to date on all candidate’s status to include building pool of qualified candidates.
- Ongoing communications to include updates on Recruiting activities; attend regular staffing meetings.
- Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process.
- Provide interview training and resources to hiring managers.
- Provide recruiting reports of activities and recommendations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; three years recruiting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone/text, video, email, in-person)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and in a team work environment

Job location: Anywhere in the United States. This role is eligible for work-from-home status. The majority of current Corridor staff work remotely, from their homes.
