Position Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and elevating transformative Learning and Development experiences at Milo’s Tea Company through curriculum development, identification of organizational learning needs, consultative collaboration, and solutioning.

 

Ownership

  • Own, manage, and grow Milo’s LMS platform (Workday Learning)
  • Create learning curriculum to address current and future business needs.
  • Design and advance both new and established programs, curriculum, and initiatives.
  • Effectively use ID technology to develop curricula in all learning modalities, including self-paced learning, instructor-led learning, face-to-face formats, eLearning, micro learning, workshops, simulations, etc.
  • Serve as consultant across the organization in delivery of learning content and curriculum development.
  • Identify organizational learning needs and create targeted and focused curricular content.
  • Research and implement innovations in learning design and delivery.
  • Create supporting material, framework, and media (audio, video, graphics, games etc.)
  • Utilize established methods of assessment and evaluation to measure efficacy, relevancy, and change.
  • Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
  • This position has Food Safety Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven impact in instructional design, content development, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Bachelors Degree in Learning and Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or any other relevant degree required; Masters Degree ideal
  • Experience with Workday and Workday Learning required.
  • Skills in software applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Word), Elucidat, SharePoint, Canva, AND/OR similar programs.
