The Funny Times is a monthly magazine of humor and satire in a world gone totally insane. They are seeking humorous cartoon submissions. Every issue (see February 2015 Issue) has more than 100 cartoons and at least a dozen written features. (Editors request that submissions be sent via snail mail.)
