AIR's work helps policymakers make important decisions based on evidence, and they work with leaders, organizations, and communities to create more effective programs. They never stop searching to find what works and where there's more to learn.

They work with digital technologies because they lower the barriers to taking the first civic or democratic steps in a citizen’s life, and can connect people and organisations at scale.  As needed, they hire remote web designers and researchers both in the UK and internationally.
