Onda (https://www.onda.team/) is seeking a highly motivated Talent Recruiter/Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in finding and attracting top talent to support our clients' needs. The Talent Recruiter/Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and client success to ensure we are placing the right talent with our clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new talent, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing talent to ensure their success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and identify the right talent to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing talent to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience as a talent recruiter or manager, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent recruitment or management.
- Experience with Recruiter Flow or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Hourly / Contract / Remote
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- 100% remote work
- 15-30+ hours a week, Flexible within normal US working hours. Hours may flex up or down depending on workload and needs within a specific timeframe.
