Revenue Analyst – Remote

This position is responsible for managing supplier data files, loading supplier data, running various reports from SQL and BI tools and providing analysis and insights into the data. This position works as part of a team with frequent interaction with Sales, Marketing, Industry Relations and Support Services.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
Responsibilities
Supplier Data Loads
- Responsible for managing supplier data including obtaining, formatting, cleansing, and loading files in a timely manner
- Perform research for agency mapping issues
- Quality control the loaded data to ensure accuracy
- Audit supplier and agency data to ensure it ties back to the supplier files
- Work directly with preferred suppliers to ensure that reports are received and loaded in a timely and consistent manner
Reporting & Analysis
- Manage and perform updates for cyclical reports (weekly, monthly, annually)
- Assist Sr Data Analyst with pulling data and creating ad hoc reports as requested
- Works closely with internal departments to determine their ongoing reporting needs and develop required reports
- Provide analysis of and insights into supplier data and reporting
- Participate in preferred supplier meetings
- Point of contact for agency data questions from Sales, Marketing, Industry Relations, and Support Services
Vendor Notifications
- Manage membership list data process including providing monthly membership lists to suppliers inclusive of additions and changes in membership
- Review new member additions monthly and distribute to key stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for sending the membership updates to meet all contractual supplier reporting deadlines
- Create bi-annual reports of members to be deleted, review with senior management, distribute to suppliers and coordinate with Salesforce to inactivate agency records

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
- A minimum of 3 years related experience in Data Management, Business Analysis or equivalent
- Proficiency in the following software applications: SQL, MS Excel and BI Tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
- Communicate effectively.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to grasp concepts quickly.
- Travel industry experience is a plus
