Project Manager, Innovation and Transformation – Remote

The Project Manager, Innovation & Transformation, reporting to the VP, Corporate Initiatives will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and transition
- Define scope and goals, key stakeholders, work streams, barriers to success, and risks of projects
- Ensure projects adhere to planned timeline and progressing according to project goals
- Plan strategies, create and track strategy implementation, activities, milestones and deliverables, and report to leadership
Task management
· Foster collaboration across the organization
· Maintenance and distribution of meeting agenda and minutes
· Plan, prioritize and organize to meet project needs
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to understand barriers and drive success across Somatus
· Liaison between Innovation & Transformation team and Central Operations Project Management team

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience in health-related sector
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of project management experience managing medium to large cross-functional initiatives
- Active Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Experience in health care operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
· The ability to adapt nimbly and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Acute attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong organizational skills
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
- This job operates in a professional setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.
- Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
