Project Coordinator (Remote)

Description
Serves as the lead on educator communications and training, material management and project support. Strives to improve the network by streamlining process and displaying the highest level of customer service, all while developing a deep understanding of the network(s) the role supports.

- Execute programs and projects as assigned or as identified
- Leads and/or supports Project Manager in core team meetings, cross functional discussions and specific projects as directed by the Director or Project Manager
- Assist Project Manager or Director with data collection, analysis, and research needs to support account innovations, enhancements, and demonstrating our value
- Communicate with clients and on assigned programs and projects; maintenance of client relationships
- Develop and continuously update project schedules and track progress and contingencies; responsible to drive assigned projects forward
- Draft client meeting summaries and action items
- Participate and assist with the implementation of strategies for new initiatives, projects, and programs
- Draft program-related communications for educators, clients, and sales force
- Plan and coordinate key client meetings for the PM and Director
- Manage inventory and distribution of all communications and materials to network(s)
- Update project timelines and track progress toward goals utilizing SMART SHEET
- Communicate with nurse educators and sales reps delivering a high level customer service with every interaction
- Troubleshoot challenges reported by nurse educators and sales representatives
- Conduct data analysis and quality assurance
- Cross functional collaboration on projects
- Create efficiencies in processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring their effectiveness

Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required with minimum 2 years of experience

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team and solution oriented
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Ability to differentiate between various approval processes, scopes of services and contract implications of various project types
- Ability to conceptualize projects from beginning to end, both big picture and the details needed to accomplish desired results
- Ability to proactively identify potential issues, risks and implementation concerns

Working Conditions:
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
