  • Ideate on ways to improve the division’s processes and make them more effective
  • Participate in Codesmith workshops and lectures to gain an understanding of the program curriculum and structure
  • Develop problem-solving skills by working through new and unique challenges
  • As you continue to grow within the role you can expect to take on new, exciting responsibilities based on your professional development goals - such as leading workshops, moderating panels, completing data analytics projects, etc.

You'll be a good fit if you...

  • Have 0 to 2 years of work experience
  • Have a positive, “do whatever it takes” attitude with a growth mindset
  • Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and comfort managing complex processes
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with prospective students and team members

  • Have good instincts to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Have experience working with spreadsheets and Google Suite
  • Are excited about what talented people from non-traditional backgrounds can do when they have the ability to code
  • Have at least one thing that you've pushed to an extraordinary level - maybe your academic success, a sports-related accomplishment, a company you worked for or started, an organization you’ve been a part of and/or contributed to - something that required drive and ingenuity for success
  • Are driven and ambitious in the pursuit of your own professional development, but are able to put Codesmith’s deeper mission first
