- A natural leader — You often find others looking to you for directive, whether or not you’re officially in a leadership position.
- Highly analytical — You rely heavily on data analysis and available information to make informed decisions. One of your key strengths is being able to think and view business through a finance lens.

- Highly organized — You’re organized, detail-oriented and can effectively juggle multiple projects and competing priorities like a boss. You love creating order from chaos, and are adept at improving processes to enable workflow efficiency.
- A hard worker — You love going to bed at night feeling as though you accomplished your goals and exceeded your own expectations for the day. You’re a player/coach who can lead and direct, but also roll up your sleeves and execute.
