About the Position:
The Business Process Analyst provides direction and leadership in project management office to guide and prioritize work. This resource will support the PMO with management of scoping, project prioritization, salesforce system configuration, requirement gathering and testing. The BPA will also manage information technology (IT) tasks and establish relationships with internal and external clients. The successful candidate must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding the business and bringing technical solutions to address key business objectives in a highly regulated industry with compliance, standardization, and efficiency top of mind.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation Management
- Gathers and documents requirements (user stories) for enhancements and new launches to understand the business needs
- Facilitates and presents potential solutions for comparison and justification, as well as determines system and process impacts
- Thoroughly analyzes problems and opportunities and their impact on the business
- Provide requirements documentation to business for alignment and approval
Prioritization Management
- Work collaboratively with product owners & IT leadership on the backlog and requests to deliver the highest value features, product backlog management, and resource planning and prioritization
- Work with respective functional areas to effectively prioritize features and technology needs
- Manage the IT project timeline and milestones for design, development, testing, and user acceptance
- Addresses problems directly and implements objectives effectively
- Manages the project life cycle from initiation to close
Agile & SCRUM Management
- Manage development sprints and test plan development and execution (Sprint planning, Retro, Grooming back log ticket, User Acceptance and Regression Testing Facilitation)
- Leverage appropriate techniques in the creation and elaboration of user stories and software configuration documents
- Lead standing meetings (stand-up) to determine project plan completion and manage progress against each work item
SF System Admin
- Contributes to the overall support knowledgebase and peer-to-peer training
- Function as a resource for the use and operation of current systems
- Performs application configuration, testing and support on time and with high quality, including documentation
- Stays abreast of leading practices and makes recommendations for further process improvements standards
Project Management
- Partnership with business partners to understand requests, solution based on system expertise and document accordingly
- Determines the impacts of any changes from a system or process perspective
- Takes into account all fact-based and stakeholder information available to evaluate root causes and alternatives and make sound recommendations

Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, or other related programs
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading a diversified set of technical projects
Required License and/or credential(s):
- None
Required Skills:
- Experience implementing, configuring and/or supporting applications (e.g. SalesForce, CRM, Marketing Cloud, Digital Engagement, IVR, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid problem solving, critical thinking skills and multi-tasking skills
- Elaboration of requirements into user stories
- Test plan development and execution management
- Strong working skills with MS Office products including Project, Excel, PowerPoint,Word, Visio and use of web conferencing tools to facilitate meeting
- CRM, Life Sciences or Healthcare experience is a plus

Working Conditions:
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
